Collection
Collection can be made in store or from headquarters free of charge by prior arrangement. Please select this option if you need this. Please note this service is not available after Midday on a weekend.
Courier Service. We will require a Home or Mobile telephone number and a delivery date or special instructions of where to leave courier parcels if no one is home. (Parcels can't be left without a signature.)
Royal Mail
Lost Royal Mail posted items can be claimed for after 15 working days after the due date of delivery (for 1st class this is the next working delivery day) up to the Retail value of £20.00 under the new Royal Mail terms so we suggest for piece of mind using the Courier Service. Claims for damaged parcels must be made to us as soon as possible. Claims for lost or damaged parcels sent by Special Delivery can not be made until 10 working days have elapsed from the due date of delivery. (for Special Delivery this is after the guaranteed delivery date) Claims will be submitted by us to Royal Mail in writing and take approximately 14 days to be determined by Royal Mail. You will be contacted after this time to offer replacement goods or a full refund. Claims to Couriers or Shipping Companies will be submitted in writing by us within 7 days of loss or damage and may take up to 6 weeks to be determined by the Courier or Shipping Company,. You will be contacted after this time to offer replacement goods or a full refund.

OVERSEAS DELIVERIES
Deliveries to Europe are delivered by Royal Mail Tracked Airmail service. The website will give and indication of an estimated price, however if your order is out of the maximum size the Royal Mail specifies or is too heavy, we will need to contact you with a revised price before processing your order.

Normal Delivery time for the UK mainland is 3 to 4 working days, but there are exceptions and we cannot be responsible for acts of God i.e. bad weather, floods, extreme heat etc.
International orders are usually delivered in under 6 working days, we ship our orders on Thursdays and Fridays as this allows us time to cope with the massive volume of orders we can receive at busy times.
If your item is not in stock for any reason, we will back order for you or try to find elsewhere.
We will always email you or call you with the option to cancel, if you would rather not wait.
Lost Royal Mail items posted under normal 1st and 2nd class postage can be claimed for after 30 working days after the due date of delivery, with a maximum of £20 a claim. For peace of mind we recommend the use of "signed for" services as a minimum or our Couriers.
Claims for damaged parcels must be made as soon as possible.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 3 - 4 business days. International orders are generally received in under 6 days. Mail is sent from us on Thursdays and Fridays. These services are subject to acts of God, which we cannot control, such as adverse weather conditions, theft, illness, etc.
Back Orders
If an item is not in stock with us, we will contact you to advise and it can be placed on back order for you. Items that are no longer available are searched for a period of 12 weeks, after which we will contact you if found or not found.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted. Paypal payments are placed within the secure paypal web site, over the phone payments are processed through secure bank systems.
VAT
At present we currently do not need to register for VAT, the price you see is what you pay.

We guarantee your satisfaction. Our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee. (Please see our Terms for more information). Some of own products carry a lifetime guarantee, this is subject to terms and conditions.
