East Anglian Model Railways does not share buyers' information to third parties, unless we are required legally by law enforcement and fraud prevention authorities to do so.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE HOLD ON CUSTOMERS?
Personal information provided to us such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, age, gender, eBay user id, website login, password and any enquiries or feedback from you, including by phone, email, post, or social media.
We take payment details when you place an order online, these details are held by our payment processors Paypal and Lloyds Bank PLC. For PayPal payments, we have no access to card data, only the last four digits for sales purposes during a Lloyds transaction.
For processing your telephone orders we destroy any card details once processed, be that on the phone after you call, once your order has been processed through our payments system.
We do hold information about services or products that we have provided to you in the past for accounting and marketing purposes.
Information such as your name and email address, and the specific preferences for which type of information that you wish to receive, are held for our newsletters.
YOUR RIGHTS, ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
By law, you have the right to request access to the information that we hold about you.
The information will be provided free of charge, and within 30 days of receiving the request. However before we supply this information, we will ask for proof of idenity for your safety.
If we hold any information that is incorrect, then please contact us to update, remove and correct it.
